In December 2026 we are taking the Christmas Show around the country together with Nicklas Sahl, Pernille Rosendahl, Stine Bramsen and NOAH. Danmarks Underholdningsorkester has by now a long and proud tradition of travelling around the country and marking Christmas through music. This is the first time the Christmas Show features no fewer than four soloists – four voices, each with its own sound and its own interpretation of the fairy tale we all carry with us from childhood and which unfolds again and again throughout life. ”Together with Pernille Rosendahl, Nicklas Sahl, Stine Bramsen and NOAH we will certainly embrace some of the big emotions that Christmas awakens in us. We can do that because each of them brings their own sound, has different memories and their own emotional view of Christmas, which will be wonderful to release together with them,” says John Frandsen, director of Danmarks Underholdningsorkester. ”Christmas is something we gather around. And not least the songs of Christmas. Whether it is the hymns we sing around the tree in the living room, ’All I Want For Christmas’ on the radio or all the cosy Christmas calendar songs on television, there is something special about the feeling that the music brings in December, and which hits you every single year,” Stine Bramsen begins, and continues: ”With Danmarks Underholdningsorkester anything is possible. And I definitely believe that what each of us can create with them will be enchanting, fun and nostalgic.”
