Using apples from Lier’s sun-kissed orchards, they craft both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages of the highest quality. This intimate dinner concert sets the mood, enriching the experience, as sommelier Anne Lise, will be guiding us through the details of winemaking. She will share the stories behind the wines, and tell us about the people who bring them to life. You will gain a deeper understanding of where the wines come from, how they are made, and the unique tales behind each glass. Throughout the evening, you’ll taste everything from crisp ciders to elegant apple wines, carefully selected to showcase the diversity of Egge Gård’s production. With 20,000 apple trees and an annual harvest of 100 tons, the farm is the foundation for their award-winning products. The music will have a focus on classical music and Nordic folk-music – bringing us “back to the roots”. We look forward to sharing this exceptional journey with you! The ticket includes food, drinks, and a concert. A five-course menu will be served, accompanied by a wine pairing carefully selected for each dish, as well as an aperitif and a dessert drink.
