Oslo Konserthus - Store sal
Munkedamsveien 14, 0115 Oslo
Oslo Konserthus is a leading arena in Norwegian cultural and musical life.
The distinctive building, with its «floating» entrance from Vikaterassen, consists of two concert halls, several large foyer areas, bars and a ticket office. The world's foremost artists and orchestras visit the building regularly, and there is a wide range of genres: jazz, rock, pop, country, classical, folk music, etc. Oslo Konserthus is the permanent home of Oslo Filharmoniske Orkester.
Oslo Konserthus owns the square in front of the building and the premises beneath it. Røverstaden lies directly below Oslo Konserthus at Munkedamsveien 15, and houses creative businesses on the upper floor, as well as its own concert stage “ KLUBBEN” in the legendary basement premises that formerly housed Club7 and Sardines. In addition, food and drink are served in pleasant surroundings on the mezzanine. You will find the entrance at street level in Munkedamsveien.
