Ensemble Pluma
Ensemble Pluma is a Danish chamber orchestra based in Aarhus. The ensemble was founded in 2018 by a number of young people from Aarhus's musical life, with conductor and composer Magnus Plejdrup at the helm. The ensemble's core value is to fight for an updating of the classical music scene, where classical music feels relevant to more people, is made accessible to more people, and yes – can be represented by more people, through a special attention to underrepresented groups, with regard to composers, conductors and soloists alike.
