Musikkollektivet HELIOS
The music collective HELIOS was formed on the initiative of Anna Bæk Christensen (soprano), Mie Frederikke Bauer (conductor), Gustav Aske Sønksen (conductor) and Stefan Enemærke Becker (violinist). In the constellation of HELIOS we arrange concert projects with ambition, nerve and the professionals of the future in focus. The purpose is not only the concerts themselves, but also to create new dimensions in the performance of classical music, to shape our own musical identity and to create opportunities for young musicians of the same age in exciting repertoire.
The music collective HELIOS is not a fixed entity. With different backgrounds of expertise there are unique opportunities to create a great variety of constellations, from large orchestra and choir to small chamber ensembles. HELIOS is the core, a kind of musical LEGO brick, which connects other young musicians and creatives, depending on the nature of the project.
