Engegårdkvartetten
Engegårdkvartetten saw the light of day under the spectacular midnight sun in Lofoten in 2006. This chamber music ensemble quickly became one of the most sought-after in Norway. The quartet is known for its many bold and fresh interpretations of the classical repertoire. At the same time they emphasise their Scandinavian origins.
The quartet has earned international recognition, and has helped build good, close ties with several leading international performers. The ambition is reflected in very varied and rich concert programmes.
