Description

To begin with, we make the acquaintance of an excerpt from one of Ørjan Matre's major works, Concerto for Orchestra. In Brahms's magnificent Double Concerto we meet two star soloists in chamber-musical dialogue with each other and the orchestra, before the concert is rounded off with dramatic orchestral music from the last opera in Wagner's Ring cycle.
